Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing and/or defective. Include order number and related references upon receiving your package. We will do our best to correct your order.

We process orders from Monday - Friday. 
Orders are processed within 7 - 10 business days from the order date and shipped the following day after being processed.
